La consommation n&rsquo;est que de 62 mA sous 3,3&nbsp;V et atteint 133&nbsp;mA sous 5&nbsp;V. Ce circuit accepte une plage de fr&eacute;quence comprise entre 400 MHz et 4&nbsp;000&nbsp;MHz&nbsp;et affiche les performances optimales en sortie OIP3 de 43&nbsp;dBm, P1dB&nbsp;de 29&nbsp;dBm, avec un gain de 14,6&nbsp;dB et un facteur de bruit de seulement 3,8&nbsp;dB &agrave; 2&nbsp;140&nbsp;MHz. Propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier SOT-89, ce composant est immunis&eacute; contre les d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques Classe 2 de &plusmn; 3&nbsp;kV. Il convient aux applications c&acirc;bl&eacute;es et sans fil, telles que les infrastructures cellulaires, les amplificateurs de puissance fonctionnant dans la bande ISM pour les applications industrielles, scientifiques et m&eacute;dicales, ainsi que pour les &eacute;quipements militaires et d&rsquo;instrumentation. Il peut commander les signaux de sortie RF &agrave; partir de nombreux modulateurs propri&eacute;taires parmi lesquels la s&eacute;rie ADRF6701 &agrave; ADRF6704, et de m&eacute;langeurs RF tels que
