Cet amplificateur fonctionne dans une large plage de température comprise entre -40 °C et +105 °C et peut être polarisé pour fonctionner sous une tension entre 3,3 V et 5 V. Cette tension de polarisation ajustable entre ces deux valeurs permet aux concepteurs de solutions RF de fixer dynamiquement la consommation de puissance du circuit de commande en fonction des performances requises par le système sans recourir à une résistance de polarisation. La consommation n’est que de 62 mA sous 3,3 V et atteint 133 mA sous 5 V. Ce circuit accepte une plage de fréquence comprise entre 400 MHz et 4 000 MHz et affiche les performances optimales en sortie OIP3 de 43 dBm, P1dB de 29 dBm, avec un gain de 14,6 dB et un facteur de bruit de seulement 3,8 dB à 2 140 MHz. Proposé en boîtier SOT-89, ce composant est immunisé contre les décharges électrostatiques Classe 2 de ± 3 kV. Il convient aux applications câblées et sans fil, telles que les infrastructures cellulaires, les amplificateurs de puissance fonctionnant dans la bande ISM pour les applications industrielles, scientifiques et médicales, ainsi que pour les équipements militaires et d’instrumentation. Il peut commander les signaux de sortie RF à partir de nombreux modulateurs propriétaires parmi lesquels la série ADRF6701 à ADRF6704, et de mélangeurs RF tels que les ADRF6601 à ADRF6604.<\/p>\n
