A partir d&rsquo;un rail d&rsquo;alimentation de 5&nbsp;V, il peut commander des bobines de 2,5&nbsp;W de puissance. Propos&eacute; en configurations &agrave; simple et double puce, respectivement en bo&icirc;tier SOT23 et SOT26, ce circuit de commande remplace de trois &agrave; six composants discrets. Il int&egrave;gre un transistor bipolaire dont la sortie est &eacute;quip&eacute;e d&rsquo;une diode Zener, ce qui &eacute;vite de recourir &agrave; une diode de roue libre&nbsp;externe ; tout en limitant la tension &agrave; 6,6&nbsp;V, la diode Zener d&eacute;rive les courants inductifs vers la masse et r&eacute;duit les bruits d&rsquo;interf&eacute;rence &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tique externe.<br \/>\nInt&eacute;grant une robuste technologie de transistor pr&eacute;-polaris&eacute; qui apporte une haute isolation entre l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et la sortie, le DRDC3105 prot&egrave;ge les circuits &agrave; entr&eacute;e sensible&nbsp;; il est con&ccedil;u pour passer &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat bloqu&eacute; en cas de perte ou de d&eacute;connexion du signal d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, afin de garantir la s&eacute;curit&eacute;. La basse tension de saturation des transistors bipolaires permet au dispositif de d&eacute;livrer dans la bobine un courant de commande de 0,5&nbsp;A &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant, et de
