La valeur atteinte de 6GHz convient id&eacute;alement aux syst&egrave;mes sans fil comme les liens hyperfr&eacute;quences point-&agrave;-point, les radios &agrave; bande sous licence libre WiMAX 5GHz, les r&eacute;cepteurs de satellite, les syst&egrave;mes radars, de l&rsquo;avionique, les radios de s&eacute;curit&eacute; publique et de test RF.<br \/>\nCe circuit comprend un amplificateur FI int&eacute;gr&eacute;, de gain &eacute;lev&eacute;, avec des fr&eacute;quences FI allant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1GHz.&nbsp;Un amplificateur OL tampon et deux transformateurs balun RF sont &eacute;galement int&eacute;gr&eacute;s &agrave; la puce.
