Son r&ocirc;le est d&rsquo;augmenter la puissance maximale des modules flash &agrave; LED des quelques Watts qui caract&eacute;risent les produits actuels &agrave; plus de 40 W, soit l&rsquo;&eacute;quivalent d&rsquo;un projecteur de s&eacute;curit&eacute; &agrave; usage ext&eacute;rieur. Ce nouveau composant dispose par ailleurs de r&eacute;glages suppl&eacute;mentaires pour les fonctions flash et torche, avec notamment huit niveaux commutables par l&rsquo;utilisateur pour le flash et 12 pour la torche, ainsi qu&rsquo;une entr&eacute;e de d&eacute;tection de lumi&egrave;re. Sont &eacute;galement int&eacute;gr&eacute;s des temporisateurs de s&eacute;curit&eacute; pour le flash et la torche, ainsi que des fonctions de protection contre les courts-circuits et de d&eacute;tection de la temp&eacute;rature.<br \/>\nLe STCF04 est utilis&eacute; dans une configuration unique qui combine un supercondensateur, un commutateur MOSFET haute intensit&eacute; et des diodes LED blanches de forte puissance. Il convient id&eacute;alement aux &eacute;clairages haute intensit&eacute; d&rsquo;urgence, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux appareils-photos et t&eacute;l&eacute;phones avec APN int&eacute;gr&eacute;.<br \/>\nLe transistor MOSFET discret joue un r&ocirc;le-cl&eacute; dans la puissance accrue que produit le STCF04 par rapport &agrave; d&rsquo;autres contr&ocirc;leurs g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement dot&eacute;s d&rsquo;un MOSFET de puissance inf&eacute;rieure. Cette puissance suppl&eacute;mentaire permet aux concepteurs de fournir la quantit&eacute; accrue d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie lumineuse que requi&egrave;rent les capteurs multi-m&eacute;gapixels en sp&eacute;cifiant un flash LED de pr&eacute;f&eacute;rence &agrave; un flash classique au x&eacute;non haute puissance, avec &agrave; la cl&eacute; l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;une conception
