Les MOSFET canal N, int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, peuvent fournir de forts courants continus dans la charge, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 15A, pour des tensions de sortie de 0,6V &agrave; 5,5V, ce qui le rend id&eacute;al pour les applications des POL.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;amplificateur diff&eacute;rentiel du LTC3613 offre une vraie mesure d&eacute;port&eacute;e de la tension de sortie sur ses deux entr&eacute;es&nbsp;positive et n&eacute;gative, permettant une r&eacute;gulation de grande pr&eacute;cision, ind&eacute;pendamment des chutes de tension (jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn; 500mV) dans les pistes, les trous m&eacute;tallis&eacute;s et les interconnexions de la carte. Une dur&eacute;e minimum &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de 65ns autorise un fort rapport en mode abaisseur, de l&rsquo;alimentation, pour un fonctionnement &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence &eacute;lev&eacute;e. La fr&eacute;quence de fonctionnement peut &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e, de 200kHz &agrave; 1MHz, ou peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe. Le courant de sortie est g&eacute;r&eacute; en mesurant la chute de tension dans l&rsquo;inductance de sortie (DCR), pour un rendement le plus &eacute;lev&eacute;, ou en utilisant une r&eacute;sistance de mesure de courant pour plus de pr&eacute;cision. Les caract&eacute;ristiques compl&eacute;mentaires comprennent un r&eacute;gulateur LDO de tension int&eacute;gr&eacute;, un d&eacute;marrage progressif ou le suivi de la tension, le r&eacute;glage de la limite du courant, une protection contre les surtensions, la limitation du courant par repliement de caract&eacute;ristiques et un contr&ocirc;le externe de la tension Vcc.<br \/>\nLe LTC3613 pr&eacute;sente une pr&eacute;cision plus importante de la r&eacute;gulation par la mesure de la tension diff&eacute;rentielle de sortie et est sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;e pour r&eacute;duire les sources d&rsquo;erreur incluant la ligne, la charge et la mesure diff&eacute;rentielle. La pr&eacute;cision totale de la tension de sortie diff&eacute;rentielle est de &plusmn; 0,25% &agrave; 25&deg;C, &plusmn; 0,67% de 0&deg;C &agrave; 85&deg;C et &plusmn; 1% sur toute la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de la jonction, de -40&deg;C &agrave; +125&deg;C. Le LTC3613EWKH est disponible en bo&icirc;tier QFN-56, 7mm x 9mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es.
