Les intensit&eacute;s constantes et &agrave; long terme des lampes &agrave; LED garantissent un durcissement fiable et reproductible. <br \/>\nSyn&eacute;o vient de se doter de nouveaux mod&egrave;les de lampes d&rsquo;insolations &agrave; LED, dont les spectres d&rsquo;&eacute;mission sont optimis&eacute;s pour le durcissement&nbsp; rapide des colles &agrave; polym&eacute;risation &agrave; la lumi&egrave;re visible. Elles viennent compl&eacute;ter l&rsquo;offre existante de lampes Delolux dont les spectres d&eacute;mission et les diam&egrave;tres des zones d&rsquo;insolation varient en fonction du mod&egrave;le choisi. Le module LED surfacique portable Supralux 122 qui est compos&eacute; d&rsquo;un module de 7 LEDs, offre&nbsp; une intensit&eacute; d&rsquo;insolation sup&eacute;rieure &agrave; 200 mW\/cm2 &agrave; une distance de 10 mm et existe dans&nbsp; une longueur d&rsquo;onde de 460 nm ou de 400 nm.<br \/>\nLes barres Supralux 22 sont, elles, &eacute;quip&eacute;es de 5 modules de 7 LEDs chacun. Leur design a &eacute;t&eacute; enti&egrave;rement revu afin d&rsquo;&eacute;largir et d&rsquo;optimiser l&rsquo;insolation de la surface. Leur intensit&eacute; d&rsquo;insolation pour une distance de travail de 10 mm est sup&eacute;rieures &agrave; 200 mW\/cm2 pour les longueurs d&rsquo;ondes de 400 nm et 460 nm. Il est possible de combiner ces lampes entre elles ou encore d&rsquo;en associer une avec l&rsquo;autre, pour atteindre la longueur d&rsquo;insolation voulue. La Supralux 22 pr&eacute;sente un avantage ind&eacute;niable sur ligne, avec une longue surface d&rsquo;insolation permettant d&rsquo;insoler plusieurs pi&egrave;ces en m&ecirc;me temps, afin de diminuer le temps de cycle.<br \/>\nLa gamme Syneo de lampes d&rsquo;insolation surfacique convient particuli&egrave;rement aux lignes de production enti&egrave;rement automatis&eacute;es, au collage du verre et au collage d&rsquo;&eacute;crans type LCD, aux applications sur surfaces &eacute;tendues n&eacute;cessitant une insolation r&eacute;guli&egrave;re &agrave; basse tension, sans oublier les zones de collage et d&rsquo;enrobage &eacute;paisses.
