Il est con&ccedil;u pour fonctionner comme une solution monopuce dans les combin&eacute;s d&rsquo;instruments traditionnels, d&eacute;pourvus d&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ments graphiques. Mais il peut &ecirc;tre associ&eacute; aux appareils propri&eacute;taires Indigo ou aux SoC Emerald dans le cadre de combin&eacute;s hybrides ou totalement programmables. Ce MCU int&egrave;gre le support intelligent d&rsquo;un maximum de six jauges traditionnelles, une unit&eacute; d&rsquo;horloge temps r&eacute;el (Real Time Clock, RTC) avec autocalibration, et des interfaces I2S pour la production d&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ments sonores avanc&eacute;s. Avec ses 2 Mo de m&eacute;moire Flash, ses 64 Ko de m&eacute;moire EEFlash, et ses 208 Ko de m&eacute;moire vive, toutes trois &eacute;tant prot&eacute;g&eacute;es par correction ECC, il r&eacute;pond aux besoins des combin&eacute;s d&rsquo;instruments de nouvelle g&eacute;n&eacute;ration. La m&eacute;moire interne peut &ecirc;tre &eacute;tendue par de la m&eacute;moire externe connect&eacute;e soit &agrave; l&rsquo;interface en bus parall&egrave;le, soit en module HS-SPI. L&rsquo;interface HS-SPI peut communiquer avec de la m&eacute;moire Flash externe en s&eacute;rie et, pour le confort d&rsquo;utilisation, offre un acc&egrave;s mapp&eacute; &agrave; celle-ci.<br \/>\nComme les autres produits de la gamme FCR4, ce MCU int&egrave;gre les fonctionnalit&eacute;s de s&eacute;curit&eacute; et d&rsquo;&eacute;conomie d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie requises par les clients de l&rsquo;industrie automobile. En plus des interfaces de communication &eacute;voqu&eacute;es ci-dessus, il int&egrave;gre LIN, supporte jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; trois modules CAN, et dispose d&rsquo;un transmetteur APIX 250 Mbit. Ce dernier est utilis&eacute; pour la communication &agrave; haute vitesse de donn&eacute;es graphiques et l&rsquo;&eacute;change d&rsquo;informations de contr&ocirc;le, entre transmetteurs APIX autonomes ou avec des &eacute;quipements disposant d&rsquo;interfaces APIX embarqu&eacute;es.<br \/>\nCet ensemble de fonctionnalit&eacute;s est compl&eacute;t&eacute; par un riche &eacute;ventail de timers, un g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur sonore, ainsi que des canaux PWM et ADC.
