Il g&eacute;n&egrave;re des fr&eacute;quences plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es que les g&eacute;n&eacute;rations pr&eacute;c&eacute;dentes, et ses faibles niveaux de jitter et de bruit de phase permettent de r&eacute;duire le taux global d&rsquo;erreurs de bits (BER), ce qui en fait un composant bien adapt&eacute; aux applications PLL, les circuits d&rsquo;horloge ou de restauration de donn&eacute;es, et d&rsquo;autres applications de synchronisation dans les syst&egrave;mes de t&eacute;l&eacute;communication ou de r&eacute;seaux &agrave; fibre optique.<br \/>\n&quot;Pour &eacute;laborer le M675S02, nous nous sommes appuy&eacute;s sur le succ&egrave;s de notre famille de VCSO, M675, et nous avons &eacute;largi sa plage de fr&eacute;quence pour r&eacute;pondre aux besoins des nouveaux march&eacute;s hautes performances,&quot; a d&eacute;clar&eacute; Fred Zust, Vice-Pr&eacute;sident et Directeur G&eacute;n&eacute;ral de la division Synchronisation d&rsquo;IDT. &quot;Pour atteindre ces fr&eacute;quences &eacute;lev&eacute;es, nous avons d&ucirc; passer de notre processus de fabrication CMOS standard, au SiGe. En outre, il offre une plage de polarisation absolue (APR) de &plusmn;120 ppm, un r&eacute;glage lin&eacute;aire et une bande passante de modulation de 600 kHz.
