L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une r&eacute;sistance reli&eacute;e &agrave; CSO permet d&rsquo;ajuster le courant de sortie entre 10 mA et 350 mA avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;10%. Si l&rsquo;on relie leur broche ADJ &agrave; la masse, ces circuits se comportent comme des hacheurs &quot;high-side&quot; &agrave;&nbsp; limiteur de courant. La tol&eacute;rance &eacute;lev&eacute;e en tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de cr&ecirc;te et la protection contre l&rsquo;inversion de polarit&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, ainsi que les fonctions de protection contre les surintensit&eacute;s et la surchauffe, assurent la protection contre les effets des conditions de fonctionnement extr&ecirc;mes typiques des applications automobiles. Une fonction de d&eacute;tection de courant int&eacute;gr&eacute;e &eacute;vite d&rsquo;avoir recours &agrave; un circuit discret qui occuperait plus de place et augmenterait le nombre total de composants.<br \/>\nDes versions &agrave; tension de sortie ajustable sont disponibles. Celles-ci couvrent la plage 5 V &agrave;&nbsp; 20 V, avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn; 6% pour le NCV47700 et de &plusmn; 3% pour le NCV47701. Les deux r&eacute;gulateurs ont une plage de temp&eacute;rature op&eacute;rationnelle de jonction allant de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C, ce qui correspond ou d&eacute;passe les sp&eacute;cifications de l&rsquo;industrie automobile. Ils sont tout deux conditionn&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tier SO8.<br \/>\n&quot;Ces LDO aux fonctionnalit&eacute;s compl&egrave;tes se diff&eacute;rencient des offres concurrentes par leur fonctionnalit&eacute; de d&eacute;tection de courant int&eacute;gr&eacute;e et leur panoplie de m&eacute;canismes de protection,&quot; d&eacute;clare Jim Alvernaz, Directeur de la division Automobile chez ON Semiconductor. &quot;Ces composants permettent aux ing&eacute;nieurs d&rsquo;&eacute;tudes d&rsquo;implanter des diagnostics de sous-syst&egrave;me de gestion d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie, sans utiliser de circuit discret de mesure de courant, ni de composants de protection suppl&eacute;mentaires. Ceci permet d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer la r&eacute;gulation d&rsquo;alimentation des syst&egrave;mes audio et multim&eacute;dia, des blocs d&rsquo;instrumentations, et des syst&egrave;mes de navigation
