Le LTC6945 est con&ccedil;u pour fonctionner avec un VCO externe, &agrave; faible niveau de bruit, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 6GHz. De plus, le composant int&egrave;gre sur sa puce un diviseur en sortie, programmable de 1 &agrave; 6 pour &eacute;tendre la couverture en fr&eacute;quence jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la fr&eacute;quence basse de 350MHz.<br \/>\nLe LTC6945 comprend un &eacute;tage tampon avec une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence &agrave; faible niveau de bruit, un diviseur de fr&eacute;quence,&nbsp; un d&eacute;tecteur de phase-fr&eacute;quence (PFD) avec indicateur de boucle de phase,&nbsp; une pompe de charges programmable, &agrave; tr&egrave;s faible niveau de bruit, et un diviseur de boucle par nombre entier pour obtenir un fonctionnement de la PLL &agrave; tr&egrave;s faible bruit.
