Une autre caract&eacute;ristique exceptionnelle est le contr&ocirc;leur LIN-master (LMA) qui effectue une d&eacute;tection automatique de trame LIN sans faire appel au CPU.<br \/>\nCes microcontr&ocirc;leurs utilisent le CPU RISC V850 32 bits et la technologie flash MONOS (metal oxide nitride oxide silicon) faible consommation employant le proc&eacute;d&eacute; de fabrication 90 nanom&egrave;tres (nm) des familles MCU RX et SH.<br \/>\nIls b&eacute;n&eacute;ficient d&rsquo;une horloge CPU s&rsquo;&eacute;tendant de 48 MHz &agrave; 64 MHz pour des performances de 1,96 Dhrystone MIPS (DMIPS)\/MHz. Dot&eacute;s d&rsquo;une quantit&eacute; de m&eacute;moire flash se d&eacute;clinant de 256 kilo-octets (Ko) &agrave; 1,5 Mo, ils sont d&eacute;clin&eacute;s dans des bo&icirc;tiers de 64 &agrave; 176 broches. La large panoplie de p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques embarqu&eacute;s comprend, par exemple, la g&eacute;n&eacute;ration PWM, une ou deux interfaces CAN, mais aussi 8 canaux DMA (direct memory access). Les 32 Ko de flash de donn&eacute;es sont garantis 20 ans pour 100 000 cycles d&rsquo;&eacute;criture.<br \/>\nLa souplesse d&rsquo;adaptation et la compatibilit&eacute; intrins&egrave;ques entre les MCU de cette s&eacute;rie, combin&eacute;es &agrave; des fonctions p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques sophistiqu&eacute;es, sont les atouts majeurs de ces produits. Ils constituent d&rsquo;excellentes solutions pour les applications telles que les commandes d&rsquo;ouverture de toit ou fen&ecirc;tres, les modules de gestion des portes, si&egrave;ges et &eacute;clairages, les syst&egrave;mes de contr&ocirc;le au sein de l&rsquo;habitacle comme l&rsquo;HVAC (chauffage, ventilation et climatisation).<br \/>\nDes pilotes logiciels certifi&eacute;s AUTOSAR V3.0\/3.1\/3.2 MCAL (microcontroller abstraction layer) sont disponibles et la version V4.0 est en cours de d&eacute;veloppement. Ces pilotes MCAL sont fournis, soit en tant que package logiciel ind&eacute;pendant, soit int&eacute;gr&eacute;s &agrave; une pile logicielle compl&egrave;te en accord avec des compagnies partenaires. Pour assurer la compatibilit&eacute; avec AUTOSAR, une fonction de protection syst&egrave;me a &eacute;t&eacute; impl&eacute;ment&eacute;e dans tous les MPU version Fx4-L.
