Le circuit de d&eacute;tection de la famille PS9324 est caract&eacute;ris&eacute; par une sortie &agrave; collecteur ouvert et une faible tension de fonctionnement comprise entre 2,7 V et 5,5 V autorisant une certaine souplesse lors de la conception de syst&egrave;me. Il peut afficher une vitesse de communication de 100 Mbits\/s gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des temps de propagation maximum sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;s de 75 nanosecondes (ns) &agrave; 25 &deg;C et des valeurs typiques de 40 ns. <br \/>\nLa famille PS9123 poss&egrave;de une sortie totem p&ocirc;le, offrant des temps de propagation plus courts avec des valeurs aussi faibles que 65 ns (max) &agrave; 25 &deg;C.<br \/>\nLa distorsion maximum sur la largeur d&rsquo;impulsion |tPHL &#8211; tPLH| est inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 35 ns pour la s&eacute;rie PS9324 et de moins de 50 ns pour la s&eacute;rie PS9123.<br \/>\nPour un fonctionnement en environnement bruyant, ces optocoupleurs sont dot&eacute;s d&rsquo;un blindage interne fournissant une immunit&eacute; transitoire en mode commun de 15 kV\/&micro;s minimum et des valeurs typiques de 20 kV\/&micro;s.<br \/>\nLe PS9324 est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier SDIP &agrave; 6 broches dont la petite taille r&eacute;duit la surface de montage de 50% compar&eacute;e &agrave; la version DIP classique &agrave; 8 broches. Toutefois, elle garantit une haute isolation en tension de 5 kVrms et assure une distance minimum d&rsquo;isolement de 8 mm (PS9324L2).
