Jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 12 phases peuvent &ecirc;tre mises en parall&egrave;le et synchronis&eacute;es en opposition de phase pour r&eacute;duire les filtres d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de sortie et pour de tr&egrave;s fortes demandes en intensit&eacute; pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 300 A. Les applications comprennent les alimentations des syst&egrave;mes industriels et de distribution de forte intensit&eacute;, les DSP et ASIC.<br \/>\nSa boucle de partage du courant permet d&rsquo;&eacute;quilibrer avec pr&eacute;cision l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; entre les phases des diff&eacute;rents circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, &agrave; la fois en continu et lors des transitoires de charge. L&rsquo;architecture de contr&ocirc;le &agrave; mode tension du composant permet la s&eacute;lection de la fr&eacute;quence fixe de fonctionnement de 250 kHz &agrave; 2,25 MHz, ou sa synchronisation sur la m&ecirc;me gamme, par sa boucle &agrave; verrouillage de phase (PLL). L&rsquo;amplificateur diff&eacute;rentiel offre un d&eacute;tecteur de tension de sortie vrai, d&eacute;port&eacute;, les deux broches VOUT et masse, ce qui permet une r&eacute;gulation de grande pr&eacute;cision. Ce circuit fonctionne sur une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;alimentation VCC de 3 V &agrave; 5,5 V, une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e VIN (tension de drain du MOSFET c&ocirc;t&eacute; chaud) de 3 V &agrave; 24 V, et g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie de 0,6 V &agrave; 5 V. Le courant de sortie est d&eacute;tect&eacute; &agrave; partir de la mesure de la chute de tension aux bornes de l&rsquo;inductance de sortie (DCR), en vue d&rsquo;un rendement maximum, ou d&rsquo;une r&eacute;sistance de d&eacute;tection de courant. La limite de courant est r&eacute;glable et peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute;e en fonction de tr&egrave;s faibles tensions d&eacute;tect&eacute;es (jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 50 mV) afin de minimiser les pertes.<br \/>\nLes autres caract&eacute;ristiques incluent un d&eacute;marrage progressif r&eacute;glable ou un suivi de tension, une protection contre les surtensions en sortie et deux signaux d&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sortie &eacute;tabli. De plus, la pr&eacute;cision de la tension de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de &plusmn;1% est maintenue sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de fonctionnement de &ndash; 40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C.<br \/>\nCe composant est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN de 5 x 6 mm, 36 broches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height:115%\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linear.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
