Compatible au niveau du brochage comme de la fonctionnalit&eacute; avec leurs pr&eacute;d&eacute;cesseurs, ces coupleurs &quot;mini-flat&quot;&nbsp; pr&eacute;sentent une hauteur maximale de seulement 2,3 mm. Ils offrent la m&ecirc;me tension d&rsquo;isolation minimale (BVs) de 3750 Vrms mais affichent une tension d&rsquo;isolation de pointe plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e (UIORM) de 707 V.<br \/>\nCes photo coupleurs ont &eacute;t&eacute; con&ccedil;us pour op&eacute;rer sur une gamme de temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;tendues de -55 &ordm;C &agrave; 110 &ordm;C et affichent des tensions collecteur-&eacute;metteur minimales de 80 V. Le TLP184 peut op&eacute;rer directement &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une entr&eacute;e AC et est sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; pour un courant direct maximum de &plusmn;50 mA. Le courant direct maximum pour le TLP185 est de 50 mA. Les valeurs de courant direct maximum par impulsions sont respectivement &plusmn;1 A et 1 A.<br \/>\nCes deux composants sont construits autour d&rsquo;un photo transistor coupl&eacute; optiquement &agrave; une diode &eacute;lectroluminescente (DEL) infrarouge en GaAs. Dans le cas du TLP184, une connexion parall&egrave;le inverse supporte l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e AC.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a title=\"www.toshiba-components.com\" target=\"_blank\"
