Primé aux CES Innovations Awards de 2012, l’écran à cristaux liquides transparent de Samsung est destiné à une large variété d’applications d’affichage comme les vitrines de produits, les portes de congélateurs commerciaux et les portes de plates-formes de stations de métro en Amérique du Nord, en Europe et en Asie. Il sera également utilisé dans d’autres applications telles que les tableaux électroniques, les fenêtres d’informations, l’équipement médical, la signalisation électronique et les appareils mobiles.
\nSelon la société d’études de marché, Display Bank, le marché des écrans transparent devrait croître pour passer de 0,9 milliards de dollars US en 2015 à 87 milliards de dollars US en 2025. " Les écrans transparents offrent un potentiel illimité de modification de nos habitudes d’affichage pour les prochaines années.
