La sortie du deuxi&egrave;me canal produit la tension VTT et offre une&nbsp; r&eacute;gulation pr&eacute;cise en fonction de la charge et un rendement meilleur. Un r&eacute;gulateur LDO interne cr&eacute;e une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension VTTR avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn; 1,2%. Les deux tensions VTT et VTTR sont programm&eacute;es, via un diviseur de tension r&eacute;sistif interne, &agrave; la valeur moiti&eacute; de la tension VDDQ, donc de 0,5 &agrave; 1,25V, pour r&eacute;pondre &agrave; tous les standards DDR. L&rsquo;alimentation VTT offre la possibilit&eacute; de sortie sym&eacute;trique d&rsquo;un courant,&nbsp; d&eacute;livr&eacute; ou absorb&eacute;, de &plusmn; 25A&nbsp; &agrave; VTT et &plusmn; 50mA &agrave; VTTR.<br \/>\nLe LTC3876 fonctionne &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e comprise entre 4,5V et 38V. La fr&eacute;quence de commutation est programmable jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2MHz, ce qui permet l&#8217;emploi de petits composants externes. Pour les applications sensibles au bruit, la fr&eacute;quence de commutation du LTC3876 peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe. Le d&eacute;phasage entre les deux canaux peut &ecirc;tre de 0&deg;, 90&deg;, 180&deg; ou 270&deg; afin de r&eacute;duire la valeur des composants du filtre&nbsp; d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et s&rsquo;adapter aux applications &agrave; plusieurs phases comprenant plusieurs circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s. Le LTC3876 utilise une architecture &agrave; mode de contr&ocirc;le du courant de vall&eacute;e pendant la conduction.&nbsp; Les autres caract&eacute;ristiques incluent le suivi de la tension de sortie, un d&eacute;marrage progressif programmable, une d&eacute;tection du courant par RSENSE &nbsp;ou DCR, une d&eacute;tection d&eacute;port&eacute;e de la tension VDDQ et un signal de sortie drapeau &quot;&nbsp;puissance correcte&nbsp;&quot;.<br \/>\nPour des performances thermiques optimales, le LTC3876 est disponible en bo&icirc;tiers TSSOP et QFN de 38 broches, 5mm x 7mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es.
