Une faible dur&eacute;e de conduction de 30 ns minimum autorise une alimentation &agrave; fort rapport de conversion en mode abaisseur, en fonctionnant &agrave; de hautes fr&eacute;quences. L&rsquo;architecture &agrave; mode de contr&ocirc;le de la conduction et du courant de vall&eacute;e,&nbsp;et la caract&eacute;ristique Detect Transient Release, permettent une r&eacute;ponse tr&egrave;s rapide aux ph&eacute;nom&egrave;nes transitoires en augmentant la fr&eacute;quence de fonctionnement pendant la dur&eacute;e du signal transitoire. Cela permet &agrave; la tension de sortie de retrouver sa valeur correcte en seulement quelques cycles. Jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 12 sorties peuvent &ecirc;tre mises en parall&egrave;le et synchronis&eacute;es&nbsp;en opposition de phase pour les applications de forte intensit&eacute;, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 250 A.<br \/>\nCe contr&ocirc;leur fonctionne &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 38 V, r&eacute;pondant &agrave; une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications incluant la plupart des tensions interm&eacute;diaires des bus. De puissants drivers de grille de MOSFET canal N int&eacute;gr&eacute;s permettent l&rsquo;utilisation de MOSFET externes de forte puissance, avec des intensit&eacute;s de sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 50 A par canal, pour des tensions de sortie comprises entre 0,6 V et 5,5 V, ce qui rend ce composant id&eacute;al pour les demandes des points de charge. L&rsquo;amplificateur diff&eacute;rentiel de ce circuit offre une vraie mesure d&eacute;port&eacute;e&nbsp;de la tension de sortie sur ses deux entr&eacute;es&nbsp;positive et n&eacute;gative, ce qui permet une r&eacute;gulation de grande pr&eacute;cision, ind&eacute;pendamment des pertes r&eacute;sistives (IR) dues aux pistes du circuit imprim&eacute; (jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn;500 mV). Le courant de sortie est g&eacute;r&eacute; en mesurant la chute de tension dans l&rsquo;inductance de sortie (DCR) pour le rendement le plus &eacute;lev&eacute;, ou en utilisant une r&eacute;sistance de mesure de courant pour plus de pr&eacute;cision. Les caract&eacute;ristiques compl&eacute;mentaires comprennent un r&eacute;gulateur LDO de tension de polarisation&nbsp;int&eacute;gr&eacute;, un d&eacute;marrage progressif ou un suivi de la tension, le r&eacute;glage de la limite du courant, une protection contre les surtensions, la limitation du courant par repliement de caract&eacute;ristique et un contr&ocirc;le externe de la tension Vcc.<br \/>\nLe LTC3839 offre une pr&eacute;cision plus importante de la r&eacute;gulation totale&nbsp;et est sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; pour &eacute;viter&nbsp;les sources d&rsquo;erreur incluant la ligne, la charge et la d&eacute;tection diff&eacute;rentielle. La pr&eacute;cision totale de la tension de sortie diff&eacute;rentielle est de &plusmn;&nbsp;0,25 % &agrave; 25 &deg;C, &plusmn;&nbsp;0,67 % de 0 &deg;C &agrave; 85 &deg;C et de &plusmn; 1 % max. en DC sur toute la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C. Ce composant est disponible en bo&icirc;tier QFN-32 de 5 x 5 mm &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linear.com\/product\/LTC3839\" target=\"_blank\"
