Des condensateurs de bootstrap externes sont utilis&eacute;s pour fournir la tension de commande (sup&eacute;rieure &agrave; la tension d&rsquo;alimentation) des MOSFET canal N externes. Un circuit interne de management automatique de la charge des condensateurs de bootstrap assure qu&rsquo;ils soient toujours suffisamment charg&eacute;s pour la commande des MOSFETs de puissance.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;A4960 fonctionne sur une plage de tension allant de 7V &agrave; 50V et est compatible avec les logiques 3.3V et 5V. Les MOSFETs de puissance sont prot&eacute;g&eacute;s contre les cross-conductions via un dead time ajustable. Le diagnostique interne comprend une indication contre les sous-tensions, les sur temp&eacute;ratures, et les erreurs sur le pont de puissance. Il peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute; pour prot&eacute;ger les MOSFETs de puissance contre la plupart des conditions de court-circuit. Les diagnostiques d&eacute;taill&eacute;s sont disponibles via le port s&eacute;rie ou bien via la sortie diagnostique programmable.
