Il est assur&eacute; par la qualit&eacute; du quartz brut, la finition de la surface, le montage et le scellement. Plus le Q facteur est &eacute;lev&eacute; et plus le quartz est de bonne qualit&eacute;. Plus la fr&eacute;quence est &eacute;lev&eacute;e et plus le facteur Q devient un &eacute;l&eacute;ment important pour l&rsquo;ing&eacute;nieur design. La stabilit&eacute; maximale court-terme du quartz&nbsp; d&eacute;pend &eacute;galement du facteur Q. La gamme de fr&eacute;quence va de 10 &agrave; 42MHz en mode fondamental, de 10 &agrave; 125MHz au 3&egrave;me harmonique et de 70 &agrave; 175 MHz au 5&egrave;me harmonique. <br \/>\nCette nouvelle gamme offre un vieillisssement lent &agrave; 0.1ppm par an et une tol&eacute;rance &agrave; 25 &deg;C jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn;3ppm. A titre de comparaison, un quartz standard a un vieillissemnt de 3ppm par an et une tol&eacute;rance de&nbsp; &plusmn;10ppm.
