Chaque voie du A3944 est contr&ocirc;lable par une combinaison d&rsquo;entr&eacute;es s&eacute;rie et parall&egrave;le, et fournit suffisamment de courant de commande de grille pour permettre un contr&ocirc;le en PWM jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 10KHz en fonction de la charge des grilles des MOSFET. Chaque voie fournit des diagnostiques d&rsquo;erreur pour les courts-circuits &agrave; la masse et les conditions de charge absente durant les temps &quot; off &quot; et pour les court circuits &agrave; l&rsquo;alimentation durant les temps &quot; on &quot;. Une condition de court-circuit batterie peut arr&ecirc;ter la sortie jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; un reset ou pour un temps de r&eacute;essaie programmable.<br \/>\nChaque voie fournit des niveaux de fautes et de temps de latence programmables ind&eacute;pendamment. En plus du contr&ocirc;le de l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de la sortie, du masquage de l&rsquo;erreur par voie, les niveaux des erreurs et le timing des erreurs peuvent &ecirc;tre programm&eacute;s par une interface s&eacute;rie compatible SPI. Cette interface s&eacute;rie permet aussi de lire le statut des erreurs de chaque sortie. Les entr&eacute;es num&eacute;riques sont compatibles 3.3V et 5V.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;A3944 est disponible dans un bo&icirc;tier TSSOP (LP) 28 broches avec une semelle dissipatrice pour am&eacute;liorer la dissipation thermique.
