La version LIN 2.x \/SAE J2602 assure l&rsquo;interface entre un contr&ocirc;leur de protocole LIN et le bus physique, et supporte des d&eacute;bits de transmission jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 20 kbits\/s. Disponible en versions &agrave; sortie 3.3 V ou 5 V, ce circuit accepte des charges jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 150 mA et est conforme aux toutes derni&egrave;res normes automobiles. Un contr&ocirc;le de rampe int&eacute;gr&eacute;e permet d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer la compatibilit&eacute; EMI. Il supporte une tension de bus de &plusmn;45 V et dispose de plusieurs fonctions embarqu&eacute;es, parmi lesquelles figurent une coupure thermique, une protection ind&eacute;finie contre les courts-circuits, une protection contre la rupture de charge jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 45 V, et une protection ESD jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn;10 kV. Un circuit de d&eacute;tection de tension insuffisante permet d&rsquo;activer la sortie &quot;Reset&quot; destin&eacute;e au microcontr&ocirc;leur h&ocirc;te, tandis que la sortie INH peut servir &agrave; g&eacute;rer les circuits auxiliaires, par exemple &agrave; commander un LDO externe.<br \/>\nLe NCV7441 int&egrave;gre deux transpondeurs CAN rapides, compl&egrave;tement ind&eacute;pendants, qui peuvent &ecirc;tre connect&eacute;s &agrave; deux contr&ocirc;leurs CAN diff&eacute;rents. Les canaux CAN peuvent &ecirc;tre s&eacute;par&eacute;ment mis en mode normal ou en mode veille avec possibilit&eacute; de r&eacute;veil &agrave; distance par le bus. Ce dispositif r&eacute;duit la consommation globale, et offre des avantages suppl&eacute;mentaires au niveau co&ucirc;t et encombrement, gr&acirc;ce au remplacement de deux transpondeurs CAN, par un seul transpondeur double en un seul bo&icirc;tier. Ce circuit autorise la communication &agrave; haut d&eacute;bit, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1 Mbits\/s, tandis que ses excellentes performances ESD (sup&eacute;rieures &agrave; &plusmn;10 kV) garantissent des communications fiables, m&ecirc;me dans les environnements automobiles ou industriels difficiles. Les faibles &eacute;missions &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tiques permettent de se passer de bobine externe, ce qui r&eacute;duit encore le nombre de composants, l&rsquo;encombrement sur la carte, et le co&ucirc;t.<br \/>\nCes transpondeurs LIN et CAN sont qualifi&eacute;s AEC-Q100, et leurs plages de temp&eacute;rature de jonction en fonctionnement sont respectivement de -40 &ordm;C &agrave; +150 &ordm;C et de -40 &ordm;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C. Le NCV7425 est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier sans-plomb SO16 WB EP conforme RoHS, et le NCV7441 en bo&icirc;tier sans-plomb SO14.<br \/>\n&quot;L&rsquo;utilisation de r&eacute;seaux LIN et CAN permet d&rsquo;implanter &agrave; moindre co&ucirc;t un large &eacute;ventail de fonctions dans les v&eacute;hicules modernes, tels que le r&eacute;glage des r&eacute;troviseurs ou des si&egrave;ges,
