Ils sont garantis op&eacute;rationnels &agrave; des temp&eacute;ratures de -40&deg;C &agrave; 125&ordm;C.<br \/>\nLes circuits photocoupleurs logiques, r&eacute;f&eacute;renc&eacute;s TLP2362, TLP2366 et TLP2368 sont parfaits pour les interfaces de communication &agrave; haute vitesse dans des applications d&rsquo;automatisation de production, des syst&egrave;mes de contr&ocirc;le industriel, et des &eacute;quipements de mesure. Les circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s sont dot&eacute;s de sorties logiques inverseuses et permettent aux concepteurs de se conformer aux exigences d&rsquo;isolation renforc&eacute;e selon le standard EN60747-5-2 et d&rsquo;autres standards internationaux de s&eacute;curit&eacute;. Le support des tensions d&rsquo;alimentation de 2,7 &agrave; 5,5 V assure la compatibilit&eacute; avec des designs aussi bien existants que futurs tout en offrant une migration possible vers une alimentation &agrave; plus basse tension.<br \/>\nLes deux circuits TLP2362 (10 Mb\/s) et TLP2368 (20 Mb\/s) ont des sorties &agrave; collecteur ouvert, tandis que le circuit TLP2366 (20 Mb\/s) a une sortie dite totem-pole (ou &agrave; charge active), qui autorise un courant dans les deux directions (sink and source). La tension minimale d&rsquo;isolation est de 3750Vrms pour les trois composants, garantie pour des distances de ligne de fuite et d&rsquo;air (creepage et clearance) de plus de 5mm.<br \/>\nLes circuits TLP2362, TLP2366 et TLP2368 sont construits autour de diodes &eacute;lectroluminescentes (DEL) en GaAlAs, qui sont coupl&eacute;es optiquement &agrave; des photod&eacute;tecteurs &agrave; haute vitesse et gain &eacute;lev&eacute;, comme les autres dispositifs de la famille de photocoupleurs fonctionnant dans une gamme de temp&eacute;ratures &eacute;tendues de Toshiba.
