En simple filtre de bruit, le LTM8052 fonctionne &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence fixe sur toute la gamme du courant de sortie. Le r&eacute;gulateur &micro;Module convertit une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, comprise entre 6V et 36V, en une tension de sortie r&eacute;glable de 1,2V &agrave; 24V.&nbsp; Dans une application 12V en entr&eacute;e, 2,5V en sortie, le LTM8052 offre un fonctionnement avec un rendement maximum de 88%, &agrave; 2A. Les applications comprennent les points de charge&nbsp;de l&rsquo;industrie, du m&eacute;dical et des t&eacute;l&eacute;communications, l&rsquo;&eacute;quilibrage de charge et les pilotes de module thermo&eacute;lectrique &agrave; effet Peltier.<br \/>\nLa pr&eacute;cision &agrave; 10% de la limite du courant du LTM8052 est une am&eacute;lioration par rapport aux r&eacute;gulateurs abaisseurs traditionnels dont la limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; peut &ecirc;tre plus grande de 40% &agrave; 50% que celle du courant de sortie r&eacute;el. Avec le LTM8052, l&rsquo;alimentation amont peut &ecirc;tre de moindre consommation et &agrave; co&ucirc;t r&eacute;duit, et cependant pourrait fournir une &eacute;nergie de sortie plus importante afin d&rsquo;&eacute;viter une d&eacute;faillance du rail de tension, en cas de surintensit&eacute; ou de court-circuit. La limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; peut &ecirc;tre &eacute;galement compens&eacute;e en temp&eacute;rature par l&#8217;emploi d&rsquo;une thermistance pour une meilleure gestion thermique. Quand il absorbe du courant, le r&eacute;gulateur &micro;Module r&eacute;cup&egrave;re de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie, la transf&egrave;re au rail de tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e plut&ocirc;t que de la dissiper en chaleur comme dans les m&eacute;thodes conventionnelles. Pour les applications sensibles au bruit, le LTM8052 peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute; &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence d&rsquo;horloge externe, dans la gamme de 100kHz &agrave; 1MHz. Les caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires comprennent un d&eacute;marrage progressif r&eacute;glable en externe, un r&eacute;glage de la fr&eacute;quence de commutation et de un arr&ecirc;t au cas d&rsquo;emballement thermique.<br \/>\nLe LTM8052 est encapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier LGA, 11,25mm x 15mm x 2,82mm, de bon rendement thermique.
