Les options hautes puissances SMB-B31 (mod&egrave;le 20 GHz) et SMB-B32 (mod&egrave;le 40 GHz) permettent d&rsquo;atteindre une puissance de sortie de +25 dBm maximum. Elles ne n&eacute;cessitent donc plus l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;amplificateur externe pour atteindre une puissance de sortie plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e. Une proc&eacute;dure de bouclage peut &ecirc;tre mise en &oelig;uvre ais&eacute;ment, &agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une sonde de puissance NRP-Zxx, pour prendre en compte l&rsquo;att&eacute;nuation dans le montage d&rsquo;essai. <br \/>\nCe g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur offre &eacute;galement une puret&eacute; spectrale exemplaire. M&ecirc;me en basse fr&eacute;quence, il a un bruit de phase en bande lat&eacute;rale unique tr&egrave;s bas gr&acirc;ce &agrave; sa gamme &eacute;tendue d&rsquo;att&eacute;nuation et &agrave; la m&eacute;thode de la synth&egrave;se num&eacute;rique directe (DDS) utilis&eacute;e. <br \/>\nOutre ses excellentes performances en termes de g&eacute;n&eacute;ration de signaux, son design compact s&eacute;duira les utilisateurs motiv&eacute;s par des crit&egrave;res d&rsquo;encombrement. Avec seulement deux unit&eacute;s de hauteur et une largeur de 19&quot; 3\/4, il occupe tr&egrave;s peu de place sur l&rsquo;&eacute;tabli ou dans un ch&acirc;ssis. M&ecirc;me le mod&egrave;le de 40 GHz enti&egrave;rement &eacute;quip&eacute; ne p&egrave;se que 6,9 kg, ce qui le rend adapt&eacute; pour une utilisation mobile. De plus, le co&ucirc;t d&rsquo;exploitation est tr&egrave;s r&eacute;duit en raison d&rsquo;un intervalle de calibrage de trois ans et d&rsquo;une faible consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie (120 W maximum pour le mod&egrave;le 40 GHz) ce qui augmente le temps moyen entre panne. <br \/>\nLe SMB100A cible les utilisateurs du march&eacute; au sens large et plus particuli&egrave;rement ceux de l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;a&eacute;rospatial et de la d&eacute;fense.
