Les d&eacute;modulateurs ADRF6806 et ADRF6807 sont les seuls d&eacute;modulateurs en quadrature du march&eacute; &agrave; combiner trois fonctions RF sur un seul et unique circuit, avec &agrave; la cl&eacute; une conception simplifi&eacute;e, une r&eacute;duction de l&rsquo;espace occup&eacute; sur la carte et une baisse du co&ucirc;t en composants. Ils conviennent &agrave; un large &eacute;ventail d&rsquo;applications de communications large bande, telles que les infrastructures de communications cellulaires ou les liaisons hyperfr&eacute;quences point &agrave; point.<br \/>\nCes deux d&eacute;modulateurs utilisent un c&oelig;ur de m&eacute;langeur hautes performances qui assure des niveaux d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e IP3 et d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e P1dB exceptionnels, doubl&eacute;s d&rsquo;un tr&egrave;s faible niveau de bruit en sortie et d&rsquo;une excellente plage dynamique. Le port s&eacute;rie SPI permet &agrave; l&rsquo;utilisateur de contr&ocirc;ler la PLL fractionnaire, le diviseur d&rsquo;oscillateur local (LO) du d&eacute;modulateur, plusieurs fonctions d&rsquo;optimisation, le mode basse consommation et l&rsquo;activation d&rsquo;un oscillateur local externe. Les d&eacute;modulateurs ADRF6806 et ADRF6807 sont fabriqu&eacute;s en technologie BiCMOS Silicium-Germanium (SiGe) avanc&eacute;e et disponibles en bo&icirc;tier LFCSP compact de
