{"id":222623,"date":"2011-10-06T22:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-06T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eenewseurope.artwhere.co\/alimentations-programmables\/"},"modified":"2011-10-06T22:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-06T22:00:00","slug":"alimentations-programmables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/alimentations-programmables\/","title":{"rendered":"Alimentations programmables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les alimentations de la famille 2200 allient une meilleure pr&eacute;cision aussi bien en tension qu&rsquo;en courant &agrave; un prix particuli&egrave;rement attractif, une grande souplesse de fonctionnement et des fonctionnalit&eacute;s pr&eacute;vues pour faciliter son utilisation lors de la caract&eacute;risation de composants ou pour d&rsquo;autres applications.<br \/>\nLes cinq mod&egrave;les de la s&eacute;rie 2200 d&eacute;livrent des niveaux de tension maximum en sortie, en courant et en puissance, pr&eacute;vus pour couvrir la majorit&eacute; des conditions que doivent fournir les sources pour la&nbsp; caract&eacute;risation des composants au niveau des circuits, des modules et autres circuits complets. Selon le mod&egrave;le, cela va de 20V, 5A, 100W jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 72V, 1.2A, 86W. La pr&eacute;cision de la tension de sortie de ces appareils est sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;e pour 0,03%&nbsp; et 0,05% pour le courant. Ces deux sp&eacute;cifications sont sensiblement meilleures que celles de la concurrence pour le m&ecirc;me type d&rsquo;instrument. De plus, leurs r&eacute;solutions de tension de sortie (1mV) et de mesure en courant (0,1mA) les rendent bien adapt&eacute;es &agrave; la caract&eacute;risation de circuits et de dispositifs faible puissance comme la mesure de courant de repos et d&rsquo;utilisation pour s&rsquo;assurer que ces composants satisfont aux conditions toujours plus exigeantes d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui sur le plan &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique. Une connectique &quot;&nbsp;remote sense&nbsp;&quot; situ&eacute;s sur le panneau arri&egrave;re assure un bruit inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 5mVp-p et permet de contr&ocirc;ler que la tension programm&eacute;e correspond r&eacute;ellement &agrave; celle que produit l&rsquo;alimentation. Un double affichage indique &agrave; la fois les valeurs programm&eacute;es et celles de sorties d&eacute;livr&eacute;es en temps r&eacute;el ainsi que la puissance fournie &agrave; la charge.&nbsp; <br \/>\nLes alimentations de la s&eacute;rie 2200 disposent aussi de nombreuses fonctionnalit&eacute;s pr&eacute;vues pour renforcer la souplesse d&rsquo;utilisation. Par exemple, chaque mod&egrave;le dispose de 40 emplacements m&eacute;moire sur la carte pour sauvegarder les configurations les plus fr&eacute;quemment utilis&eacute;s, les rappeler et les utiliser ult&eacute;rieurement. De plus, une fonction &quot;list mode&quot; permet la programmation et l&rsquo;enregistrement de sept s&eacute;quences de test personnalis&eacute;es de 80 lignes chaque. Une fois enregistr&eacute;e, cette s&eacute;quence peut alors &ecirc;tre d&eacute;clench&eacute;e en utilisant les touches du panneau avant de l&rsquo;instrument&nbsp; pour une ex&eacute;cution en mode manuelle ou avec un signal de d&eacute;clenchement externe en mode automatique ou encore en utilisant les commandes d&rsquo;interface programmable.<br \/>\nPlusieurs fonctionnalit&eacute;s de la s&eacute;rie 2200 aident &agrave; prot&eacute;ger les DUTs contre les risques de dommages en cours de test. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une fonctionnalit&eacute; permettant la programmation d&rsquo;une valeur limite de tension de sortie qui emp&ecirc;che l&rsquo;alimentation de fournir une tension excessive (m&ecirc;me si une valeur sup&eacute;rieure &agrave; la limite a &eacute;t&eacute; command&eacute;e &agrave; l&rsquo;instrument) et d&rsquo;une fonction&nbsp; de protection contre les surtensions, programmable elle aussi, qui fait chuter la tension de sortie &agrave; 1V si un d&eacute;passement est atteint. Il est &agrave; noter que ces limites viennent s&rsquo;ajouter &agrave; la fonction de limitation de courant, qui elle contr&ocirc;le le niveau de courant pouvant circuler dans le DUT. Un timer programmable peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; pour arr&ecirc;ter la sortie apr&egrave;s un intervalle de temps sp&eacute;cifi&eacute;, l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution des tests peut &ecirc;tre pr&eacute;programm&eacute; sans la pr&eacute;sence d&rsquo;un op&eacute;rateur et sans se soucier d&rsquo;une surtension &eacute;ventuelle ou d&rsquo;une puissance excessive appliqu&eacute;e au DUT.&nbsp; <br \/>\nPar ailleurs, il existe plusieurs m&eacute;thodes de r&eacute;glages de la tension et du courant. Parmi celles-ci, l&rsquo;utilisation&nbsp; d&rsquo;un clavier d&rsquo;entr&eacute;es num&eacute;riques directes situ&eacute; sur le panneau avant.&nbsp; De plus, un bouton rotatif &agrave; pas r&eacute;glables simplifie l&rsquo;&eacute;tude de la r&eacute;ponse d&rsquo;un DUT aux variations de tension et de courant. Les alimentations de la s&eacute;rie 2200 peuvent aussi &ecirc;tre facilement command&eacute;es par une interface GPIB ou USB compatible &agrave; la norme Test and Measurement Class (TMC)&nbsp;; les utilisateurs ont la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;utiliser les commandes SCPI standard. Des drivers sont aussi disponibles et permettent de simplifier l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration des alimentations dans un environnement automatis&eacute; de test.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><a
