Toutefois, la conception avec ces convertisseurs est notoirement difficile. Les circuits <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerint.com\/en\/products\/hiper-family\/hiperlcs?AdSource=PRen\">HiperLCS<\/a> rel&egrave;vent ce d&eacute;fi en fournissant toutes les fonctions n&eacute;cessaires dans un circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; unique, &eacute;liminant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 30 composants discrets et passifs dans ce processus, simplifiant ainsi le cycle de conception, et r&eacute;duisant la surface de carte utilis&eacute;e et les co&ucirc;ts d&rsquo;assemblage tout en augmentant la fiabilit&eacute;. <br \/>\nLa fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage &eacute;lev&eacute;e des circuits <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerint.com\/en\/products\/hiper-family\/hiperlcs?AdSource=PRen\">HiperLCS<\/a> permet aux concepteurs d&rsquo;utiliser des condensateurs c&eacute;ramiques CMS &eacute;conomiques dans la boucle de sortie au lieu des condensateurs &eacute;lectrolytiques encombrants et peu fiables, et de r&eacute;duire la taille du circuit magn&eacute;tique n&eacute;cessaire. Elle assure &eacute;galement une excellente utilisation du transformateur, avec une fr&eacute;quence maximum de d&eacute;coupage de 750 kHz. Le nouveau bo&icirc;tier miniature &agrave; grande efficacit&eacute; thermique <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerint.com\/en\/design-support\/esip-package?AdSource=PRen\">eSIP<\/a>-16C de Power Integrations contribue encore &agrave; la r&eacute;duction de l&rsquo;encombrement et de la taille du refroidisseur.<br \/>\nLes circuits <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerint.com\/en\/products\/hiper-family\/hiperlcs?AdSource=PRen\">HiperLCS<\/a> offrent deux modes d&rsquo;utilisation. Pour une conception de haut rendement, son circuit de commande r&eacute;sonant pr&eacute;sente une tr&egrave;s faible perte, permettant de r&eacute;aliser des conceptions ayant un rendement sup&eacute;rieur &agrave; 97 % pour une fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage nominale de 66 kHz. Si le co&ucirc;t et la taille sont les crit&egrave;res d&eacute;terminants de la conception, alors une fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage &eacute;lev&eacute;e est pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute;e. Dans ce dernier cas, le rendement reste &eacute;lev&eacute;, par exemple 96 % &agrave; 250 kHz, la fr&eacute;quence o&ugrave; la puissance maximum est atteinte.<br \/>\n&quot;La conception d&rsquo;un convertisseur LLC est une t&acirc;che complexe. Le d&eacute;fi le plus grand est la configuration de tous les modules pour &eacute;liminer la conduction crois&eacute;e et contr&ocirc;ler&nbsp; les divers &eacute;l&eacute;ments parasites. Avec notre nouvelle famille de produits <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerint.com\/en\/products\/hiper-family\/hiperlcs?AdSource=PRen\">HiperLCS<\/a>, les composants cl&eacute;s sont contenus dans un circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; unique et ajust&eacute;s pendant la fabrication pour optimiser l&rsquo;appairage des MOSFET avec les drivers.
