En fonctionnement, le mod&egrave;le 2401 se comporte comme une source de tension, une source de courant,&nbsp; un voltm&egrave;tre, un amp&egrave;rem&egrave;tre et un ohmm&egrave;tre. Il permet de fonctionner soit en mode source soit en mode charge active automatiquement sur quatre quadrants. Si l&rsquo;on se r&eacute;f&egrave;re aux conventions sur les unit&eacute;s de source et mesure de Keithley, en mode I = f(V) dans les quadrants 1 ou 3, il fonctionne en source de courant qui alimente une charge.
