Les puissants pilotes de grille de MOSFET canal N, int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, permettent l&#8217;emploi de MOSFET externes, de puissance &eacute;lev&eacute;e, pour fournir de fortes intensit&eacute;s dans la charge, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 25A. La gamme de tensions de sortie, de 0,6V &agrave; 14V, rend le LTC3867 id&eacute;al pour les applications des t&eacute;l&eacute;communications, des transmissions de donn&eacute;es, de l&rsquo;automobile et industrielles.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;amplificateur diff&eacute;rentiel du LTC3867 procure une d&eacute;tection vraie de la tension de sortie d&eacute;port&eacute;e des deux terminaisons&nbsp;positive et n&eacute;gative, permettant une r&eacute;gulation, de grande pr&eacute;cision, ind&eacute;pendamment des pertes par effet Joule&nbsp;(jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; &plusmn; 300mV) dans les pistes et connexions du circuit. Une dur&eacute;e minimum &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant de 65ns autorise un fort rapport, en mode abaisseur, de l&rsquo;alimentation, pour un fonctionnement &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence &eacute;lev&eacute;e. La fr&eacute;quence de fonctionnement peut &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e, de 200kHz &agrave; 1,2MHz, ou peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe. La gestion du courant de sortie se fait en mesurant la chute de tension dans l&rsquo;inductance de sortie (DCR), pour un rendement le plus &eacute;lev&eacute;, ou en utilisant une r&eacute;sistance de d&eacute;tection d&rsquo;intensit&eacute;.
