Ceci conduit &agrave; une empreinte compacte&nbsp; qui a la pr&eacute;f&eacute;rence des ordinateurs de bureau et des applications &agrave; cartes graphiques qui n&eacute;cessitent&nbsp; &plusmn; 6 A ou moins pour la terminaison DDR.&nbsp; Les transistors commutateurs internes, synchrones, haut et bas, ont des r&eacute;sistances RDS(0N) respectives de seulement 35&nbsp;mohms et 25 mohms, pour des rendements aussi &eacute;lev&eacute;s que 93%, ce qui supprime le besoin d&rsquo;une diode de&nbsp;roue libre, tout en minimisant le nombre de composants externes et la surface de carte. Le LTC3617 utilise une architecture &agrave; mode courant, avec fr&eacute;quence constante. La fr&eacute;quence de commutation peut &ecirc;tre fix&eacute;e entre 300 kHz et 4 MHz par une seule r&eacute;sistance externe. Cette possibilit&eacute; de fr&eacute;quence &eacute;lev&eacute;e permet l&#8217;emploi de condensateurs de plus petites valeurs, tout en maintenant une faible ondulation de tension en sortie. Pour les applications sensibles au bruit de commutation, le LTC3617 peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute; &agrave; une horloge externe, jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 4 MHz. Le fonctionnement en mode continu forc&eacute; aide &agrave; r&eacute;duire le bruit et les interf&eacute;rences RF. En option, une compensation externe permet d&rsquo;optimiser la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires, sur une large gamme des charges et des condensateurs de sortie. Le composant utilise un circuit de blocage en cas de surtension en entr&eacute;e pour prot&eacute;ger l&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e contre une surtension inverse.<br \/>\nPour des performances thermiques optimales, le LTC3617 est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN de 24 broches, 3 mm x 5 mm, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es.
