C&rsquo;est le composant, &agrave; tension n&eacute;gative, compl&eacute;mentaire du populaire r&eacute;gulateur de Linear, &agrave; tension positive, LT1963A 1,5 A. Il est id&eacute;al pour les alimentations de logique n&eacute;gative, l&rsquo;instrumentation de faible niveau de bruit, les alimentations de l&rsquo;industrie et les alimentations &agrave; d&eacute;coupage suivies d&rsquo;une post-r&eacute;gulation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;architecture &agrave; amplificateur de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence du LT3015 autorise des caract&eacute;ristiques en continu pr&eacute;cises, ainsi qu&rsquo;une bonne stabilit&eacute; de boucle avec une tr&egrave;s large gamme de condensateurs en sortie, incluant les petits condensateurs &agrave; di&eacute;lectrique c&eacute;ramique, de faible co&ucirc;t. Il est stable avec un condensateur en sortie de seulement 10 &micro;F. Ces petits condensateurs externes peuvent &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;s sans r&eacute;sistance &eacute;quivalente s&eacute;rie additionnelle (ESR) que l&rsquo;on rencontre commun&eacute;ment dans de nombreux autres r&eacute;gulateurs. Le LT3015 offre la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;une fonction d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t bidirectionnelle qui permet au composant de fonctionner avec des niveaux de tension logique positifs ou n&eacute;gatifs. De plus, en raison de la grande pr&eacute;cision du seuil de tension d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t du LT3015, on peut utiliser la broche SHDN (arr&ecirc;t) pour d&eacute;terminer un seuil pr&eacute;cis de blocage en cas de sous tension (UVLO) pour l&rsquo;alimentation du r&eacute;gulateur. Les circuits internes du circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; incluent la protection contre les inversions de tension en sortie, une limitation pr&eacute;cise du courant par repliement de caract&eacute;ristique afin que le transistor fonctionne dans sa zone de s&eacute;curit&eacute; et la limitation thermique avec hyst&eacute;r&eacute;sis.<br \/>\nLe LT3015 est disponible dans un bo&icirc;tier DFN de 8 broches, 3 mm x 3 mm, de faible profil (0,75 mm), avec&nbsp;dissipateur thermique en dessous, en un bo&icirc;tier MSOP de 12 broches, &eacute;galement avec dissipateur thermique, en un bo&icirc;tier de puissance &agrave; fixation par vis TO-220, et un bo&icirc;tier DD-Pak de puissance pour montage en surface.
