Elle int&egrave;gre &eacute;galement un driver de gate marche\/arr&ecirc;t optimis&eacute; et des sources de courant de pr&eacute;cision compens&eacute;es au niveau de la temp&eacute;rature pour la compensation de boucles et les circuits de protection de fautes. <br \/>\nCompar&eacute;s &agrave; un MOSFET et un contr&ocirc;leur discrets, les circuits FSL1x6 diminuent le nombre total de composants, la taille et le poids du projet tout en augmentant l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute;, la productivit&eacute; et la fiabilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me. Les protections int&eacute;gr&eacute;es suppriment le recours aux composants externes, simplifiant ainsi les conceptions et diminuant la nomenclature. Cette s&eacute;rie est compos&eacute;e des circuits FPS &eacute;cologiques FLS106HR, FSL106MR, FSL116HR, FSL116LR, FSL126HR, FSL126MR, FSL136HR et FSL136MR.
