Ces sp&eacute;cifications de performance sont maintenues dans la totalit&eacute; de la gamme de fr&eacute;quence op&eacute;rationnelle. Les m&eacute;langeurs passifs ADL5811 et ADL5812 sont con&ccedil;us pour les infrastructures large bande sans fil et les applications radio d&eacute;finies par logiciel, parmi lesquelles les r&eacute;cepteurs de stations de base cellulaires multibandes\/multistandards, les r&eacute;p&eacute;teurs cellulaires multimodes et les applications &agrave; picocellules.<br \/>\n&quot;&nbsp;Jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; pr&eacute;sent, les concepteurs de r&eacute;cepteurs sans fil devaient g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement choisir entre un m&eacute;langeur actif qui affiche d&rsquo;excellentes performances large bande et une plage dynamique sans parasite (SFDR) mod&eacute;r&eacute;e, ou un m&eacute;langeur passif dont la plage dynamique sans parasite est plus large mais la bande passante op&eacute;rationnelle nettement plus &eacute;troite&nbsp;&quot;, d&eacute;clare Peter Real, Vice-pr&eacute;sident, Produits lin&eacute;aires et RF d&rsquo;Analog Devices. &quot;&nbsp;Les m&eacute;langeurs passifs ADL5811 et ADL5812 &eacute;vitent ce dilemme en offrant aux concepteurs la lin&eacute;arit&eacute;, le niveau de distorsion et le niveau de bruit dont ils ont besoin, tout en assurant un fonctionnement v&eacute;ritablement large bande.&nbsp;&quot; Les performances &eacute;lev&eacute;es de ces deux m&eacute;langeurs passifs dans la plage de fr&eacute;quence comprise entre 700 et 2&nbsp;800&nbsp;MHz r&eacute;sultent de trois avanc&eacute;es technologiques, et tout particuli&egrave;rement du d&eacute;veloppement d&rsquo;un amplificateur limiteur d&rsquo;oscillateur local (LO) capable de g&eacute;n&eacute;rer un signal en onde carr&eacute;e en tension &eacute;lev&eacute;e et temps de mont&eacute;e rapide dans une large bande passante sans p&eacute;nalisation en termes de consommation, contrairement aux m&eacute;langeurs en bande &eacute;troite actuellement disponibles. La seconde technique concerne l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration d&rsquo;un transformateur RF accord&eacute;, charg&eacute; d&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;un signal RF &eacute;quilibr&eacute; est appliqu&eacute; au m&eacute;langeur FET (Field Effect Transistor). Auparavant, les m&eacute;langeurs en bande &eacute;troite incorporaient un transformateur RF compos&eacute; d&rsquo;un transformateur magn&eacute;tique ou d&rsquo;une ligne de transmission, qui assurait des pertes faibles mais une bande passante mod&eacute;r&eacute;e.<br \/>\nUne troisi&egrave;me technique porte sur la capacit&eacute; de la structure du m&eacute;langeur passif &agrave; g&eacute;n&eacute;rer un signal composite pouvant entra&icirc;ner la saturation pr&eacute;coce de l&rsquo;amplificateur FI. ADI a r&eacute;duit l&rsquo;amplitude de la bande lat&eacute;rale ind&eacute;sirable en concevant un r&eacute;seau de filtres accord&eacute;s pour fournir des fr&eacute;quences-sommes correctes en fonction des fr&eacute;quences LO et RF.<br \/>\nLes fr&eacute;quences des m&eacute;langeurs ADL5811 et ADL5812 peuvent &ecirc;tre ais&eacute;ment modifi&eacute;es au moyen d&rsquo;une interface SPI (Serial Port Interface) trifilaire, ce qui permet aux concepteurs d&rsquo;accorder les m&eacute;langeurs sans recourir &agrave; des composants externes d&rsquo;adaptation d&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance. Les performances peuvent &ecirc;tre encore am&eacute;lior&eacute;es en ajustant num&eacute;riquement la tension de polarisation en courant continu appliqu&eacute;e sur les grilles des m&eacute;langeurs passifs. Pour minimiser la dissipation de puissance, les deux canaux de l&rsquo;ADL5812 bicanal peuvent &ecirc;tre valid&eacute;es ou invalid&eacute;es ind&eacute;pendamment l&rsquo;une de l&rsquo;autre.
