Compar&eacute;e &agrave; la pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente DRAM LPDDR2 2 Gb de classe 40 nm, la DRAM LPDDR2 4 Gb de classe 30 nm augmente la productivit&eacute; de 60 %. Cette nouvelle puce permet une vitesse de transmission des donn&eacute;es de 1066 Mbps, soit plus du double des MDDR actuelles, qui fonctionnent &agrave; des vitesses comprises entre 333 et 400 Mbps. En outre, la puce permet une solution m&eacute;moire avec des bo&icirc;tiers plus minces. Avec les pr&eacute;c&eacute;dentes puces de densit&eacute; la plus &eacute;lev&eacute;e, soit 2 Gb, quatre puces devaient &ecirc;tre empil&eacute;es pour obtenir un ensemble&nbsp; LPDDR2 de 1 Go (8 Gb). Avec la nouvelle LPDDR2 4 Gb, on obtiendra la m&ecirc;me densit&eacute; en n&#8217;empilant que deux puces, et en r&eacute;duisant la hauteur du progiciel de 1,0 mm &agrave; 0,8 mm (soit 20 %). Elle consomme &eacute;galement 25 % d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie en moins.<br \/>\nSamsung envisage la production de la puce LPDDR2 4 Gb bas&eacute;e sur les modules 1 Go (8 Gb) au d&eacute;but de ce mois-ci et celle des modules 2 Go (16 Gb) comprenant quatre p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques de 4 Gb le mois suivant pour r&eacute;pondre au besoin croissant de solutions mobiles DRAM haute densit&eacute;.<br \/>\nSamsung pr&eacute;voit que les nouvelles solutions &agrave; base de LPDDR2 4 Gb repr&eacute;senteront un &eacute;norme b&eacute;n&eacute;fice pour les fabricants de p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques mobiles car elles permettront le lancement de produits comp&eacute;titifs utilisant des processeurs &agrave; double cour, qui n&eacute;cessitent une m&eacute;moire mobile avec une meilleure performance et plus de densit&eacute;. Selon iSuppli, les livraisons de t&eacute;l&eacute;phones intelligents moyenne et haut de gamme vont augmenter &agrave; une vitesse annuelle de 18 % environ de 2009 &agrave; 2014. C&rsquo;est le signe d&rsquo;un d&eacute;veloppement consid&eacute;rable du march&eacute; global des DRAM mobiles, qui pourrait enregistrer une croissance pouvant atteindre 64 pour cent au cours de la
