Cette performance place Linear en premi&egrave;re position quant aux CAN de hautes performances. Le LTC2379-18 pr&eacute;sente une non lin&eacute;arit&eacute; int&eacute;grale (INL) de &plusmn;&nbsp;2 LSB sans perte de codes, sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de &ndash; 40&deg;C &agrave; 125&deg;C. Fonctionnant sur une alimentation de 2,5 V, le LTC2379-18 ne consomme que 18 mW et est disponible en petits bo&icirc;tiers DFN et MSOP-16. Le SNR &eacute;lev&eacute; du LTC2379-18&nbsp;et la faible dissipation le rendent id&eacute;al dans les applications des secteurs m&eacute;dicaux, industriels et de l&rsquo;automobile, de hautes performances. En compl&eacute;ment du LTC2379-18, le LTC2380-16, 16 bits, 2 M&eacute;ch.\/s, offre la compatibilit&eacute; de brochage et de logiciel. Le LTC2380-16 r&eacute;alise un SNR de 96 dB et une INL de &plusmn; 0,5 LSB max. Le LTC2379-18 et le LTC2380-16 sont les premiers d&rsquo;une famille de CAN SAR 18\/16 bits, aux performances &eacute;lev&eacute;es, avec des vitesses de 250&nbsp;k&eacute;ch.\/s &agrave; 2 M&eacute;ch.\/s. Ces composants r&eacute;alisent une nouvelle compression de gain num&eacute;rique r&eacute;volutionnaire qui permet d&rsquo;&eacute;liminer l&rsquo;alimentation n&eacute;gative du pilote du CAN, diminuant fortement la consommation totale de la cha&icirc;ne du signal. Le mode arr&ecirc;t des composants r&eacute;duit encore la consommation &agrave; 1,25 &micro;W en l&rsquo;absence de conversion. Le fonctionnement &quot;&nbsp;sans latence&nbsp;&quot; permet des mesures pr&eacute;cises en une fois, m&ecirc;me apr&egrave;s de longues p&eacute;riodes d&rsquo;inactivit&eacute;, avec aucune vitesse d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillonnage minimale requise.<\/p>\n<p>Les broches explicites BUSY et CHAIN, avec une simple interface SPI conviviale pour l&rsquo;utilisateur, acceptent des tensions entr&eacute;e \/ sortie de 1,8 V &agrave; 5,1 V, simplifient la dur&eacute;e de num&eacute;risation et permettent de r&eacute;duire au minimum le nombre de composants externes. <\/p>\n<p>Les LTC2379-18 et LTC2380-16 sont maintenant disponibles. Afin de r&eacute;aliser des performances en alternatif sans compromis, nous recommandons le pilote de CAN LT6350, &agrave; programmation rapide, pour des signaux d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e allant de l&rsquo;unipolaire &agrave; l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e diff&eacute;rentielle. Nous recommandons aussi le LTC6655, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension de pr&eacute;cision, externe, de grande pr&eacute;cision, faible niveau de bruit et faible consommation.
