Les capteurs IO-Link permettent cette r&eacute;volution en apportant l&rsquo;intelligence et le contr&ocirc;le dans l&rsquo;atelier. De plus en plus petits, ces capteurs doivent fournir davantage de fonctionnalit&eacute;s, tout en assurant des transmissions robustes. La consommation est &eacute;galement d&eacute;terminante car leur faible taille rend difficile la dissipation de la chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>Ce transpondeur 2 canaux, 250 mA, r&eacute;pond &agrave; ces exigences tout en int&eacute;grant &eacute;galement des fonctions haute-tension que l&rsquo;on rencontre habituellement dans les capteurs industriels, notamment des drivers et des r&eacute;gulateurs. Il dispose de deux drivers ultra-basse consommation &agrave; protection active d&rsquo;inversion de polarit&eacute; pour r&eacute;duire les temps d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t.<br \/>\nPour les capteurs qui utilisent un microcontr&ocirc;leur, une interface SPI est int&eacute;gr&eacute;e avec des fonctions de diagnostic compl&egrave;tes. Pour le fonctionnement IO-Link, une interface UART &agrave; 3 fils est fournie pour s&rsquo;interfacer &agrave; l&rsquo;UART d&rsquo;un microcontr&ocirc;leur. Enfin, une option UART\/SPI multiplex&eacute;e permet l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une seule interface s&eacute;rie microcontr&ocirc;leur pour interfaces SPI et UART partag&eacute;es.<br \/>\nLe dispositif comprend des r&eacute;gulateurs lin&eacute;aires 3,3 V et 5 V embarqu&eacute;s pour des rails d&rsquo;alimentation analogique et logique &agrave; faible bruit. Pour une protection TVS plus souple, il offre une tension maximale absolue de 65 V. Il se distingue &eacute;galement par une faible r&eacute;sistance &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant, avec un RON typique de 2,5 ohms, r&eacute;duisant ainsi de plus de 50% la puissance dissip&eacute;e.<br \/>\nD&rsquo;une int&eacute;gration et configurabilit&eacute; &eacute;lev&eacute;es, le circuit dispose aussi d&rsquo;une sortie s&eacute;lectionnable PP, NPN ou PNP, assurant ainsi une r&eacute;duction des unit&eacute;s de gestion de stock (SKU).\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&quot;Le MAX14827 pr&eacute;sente la plus faible chute de tension pour un transpondeur double dans un aussi petit bo&icirc;tier,&quot; d&eacute;clare Tim Leung, Directeur de Division Senior chez Maxim Integrated. &quot;L&rsquo;engagement de Maxim en faveur d&rsquo;IO-Link et le travail avec nos clients sur la conception de leurs produits, leur permet toujours de proposer des produits robustes sur le march&eacute; industriel.&quot; <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; sur toute la plage de temp&eacute;rature de -40&deg;C &agrave; +125&deg;C, ce transpondeur est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers TQFN de 4 x 4 mm ou WLP de 2,5 x 2,5 mm, ce dernier permettant un gain de place de 60% sur la carte. Le kit d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation associ&eacute; MAX14827EVKIT est &eacute;galement propos&eacute; pour faciliter les d&eacute;veloppements.<\/p>\n<p><a
