La gamme de tension en mode commun des entr&eacute;es analogiques diff&eacute;rentielles, de &#8209;16,5 V &agrave; 34 V, autorise la num&eacute;risation directe d&rsquo;une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; de signaux par le CAN afin de simplifier la conception de la cha&icirc;ne du signal.<br \/>\nLa souplesse du signal d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, associ&eacute;e &agrave; un rapport signal sur bruit in&eacute;gal&eacute; SNR de 96,7 dB et une vitesse d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillonnage de 1 M&eacute;ch.\/s, rend ce convertisseur particuli&egrave;rement appropri&eacute; au contr&ocirc;le de processus industriels de grandes performances, aux applications de test et de mesure, de gestion de l&rsquo;alimentation des lignes et de l&rsquo;instrumentation.<br \/>\nCe circuit poss&egrave;de une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension interne de pr&eacute;cision, avec un coefficient de temp&eacute;rature de 20 ppm\/&deg;C (max.), et un amplificateur tampon int&eacute;gr&eacute; pour la r&eacute;f&eacute;rence pouvant effectuer des mesures pr&eacute;cises en un coup, ce qui &eacute;conomise de la place sur les cartes haute densit&eacute;. En option, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension externe de 5 V peut servir &agrave; &eacute;tendre la gamme de tensions analogiques d&rsquo;ent&eacute;e &agrave; &plusmn;12,5 V. Le composant dissipe180 mW lors d&rsquo;une conversion &agrave; 1 M&eacute;ch.\/s et ses modes sommeil et arr&ecirc;t r&eacute;duisent la dissipation de puissance aux vitesses de conversion plus basses.<br \/>\nLes interfaces s&eacute;rie SPI CMOS et LVDS int&eacute;gr&eacute;es peuvent &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;es par broche. La large gamme de tensions pour le num&eacute;rique en sortie permet au composant de communiquer avec toute logique CMOS de 1,8 V &agrave; 5 V. Le mode LVDS s&eacute;rie pr&eacute;sente un bas niveau de bruit, des communications &agrave; grande vitesse sur de plus grandes distances en utilisant des signaux diff&eacute;rentiels. <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Toutes ces options d&rsquo;interfaces d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e \/ sortie donnent au convertisseur la capacit&eacute; de communiquer aussi bien avec des microcontr&ocirc;leurs anciens qu&rsquo;avec des FPGA de derni&egrave;re g&eacute;n&eacute;ration. <\/p>\n<p>Encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier LQFP 48 broches, de 7 x 7 mm, ce composant rejoint une famille de CAN-SAR 16\/18bits multicanaux de grandes performances, &agrave; entr&eacute;es bipolaires vraies &plusmn;10,24 V et &agrave; &eacute;chantillonnage simultan&eacute;.
