La facilit&eacute; de manipulation et d&rsquo;application sont aussi des aspects importants, d&rsquo;o&ugrave; la pr&eacute;sence de deux faces adh&eacute;sives. En outre, la souplesse inh&eacute;rente du pansement facilite sa conformation sur les surfaces irr&eacute;guli&egrave;res.<br \/>\nUn autre point important est que ce produit offre non seulement une bonne fiabilit&eacute; physique et thermique &agrave; long terme, mais pr&eacute;sente aussi une bonne tenue &agrave; la d&eacute;gradation sous l&rsquo;effet de l&rsquo;oxydation thermique li&eacute;e &agrave; des temp&eacute;ratures jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 200 &deg;C en permanence.<\/p>\n<p>Ces pansements se d&eacute;clinent en plusieurs &eacute;paisseurs standard de 0.5 &agrave; 5.0 mm, mais des &eacute;paisseurs sp&eacute;cifiques sont &eacute;galement r&eacute;alisables sur demande. Leurs caract&eacute;ristiques sont notamment une conductivit&eacute; thermique de 3 W\/m-K &agrave; 20 psi (environ 1.5 kgf\/cm2), un bon isolement &eacute;lectrique, un faible d&eacute;gazage (0.06%) et un faible taux de silicone extractible (0.25%). Ces produits sont conformes RoHS et ont une dur&eacute;e de conservation de 24 mois &agrave; compter de la date de fabrication. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Les applications cible de ces produits sont notamment les ordinateurs de bureau, les PC portables, les serveurs, les &eacute;quipements de t&eacute;l&eacute;communications, les modules m&eacute;moire et l&rsquo;&eacute;lectronique grand-public ou
