Fonctionnant sur une alimentation Vcc de 3 V &agrave; 5,5 V, ce circuit est con&ccedil;u pour une conversion en mode abaisseur &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 3 V &agrave; 27 V, et g&eacute;n&egrave;re de une &agrave; quatre tensions de sortie ind&eacute;pendantes de 0,6 V &agrave; 5 V. L&rsquo;architecture de contr&ocirc;le en mode tension permet un fonctionnement &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence fixe s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e dans la gamme de 250 kHz &agrave; 2,25 MHz, ou une synchronisation &agrave; une horloge externe sur la m&ecirc;me gamme. Un rendement maximum peut &ecirc;tre r&eacute;alis&eacute; soit en mesurant la chute de tension dans l&rsquo;inductance de sortie (DCR) pour d&eacute;tecter le courant, soit en utilisant une r&eacute;sistance de d&eacute;tection de courant de faible valeur. Les amplificateurs diff&eacute;rentiels int&eacute;gr&eacute;s autorisent une vraie mesure diff&eacute;rentielle d&eacute;port&eacute;e de toutes les tensions de sortie, VOUT et la masse, afin d&rsquo;obtenir une r&eacute;gulation de grande pr&eacute;cision.<br \/>\nCette version est similaire au LTC7851 mais avec un gain inf&eacute;rieur de l&rsquo;amplificateur de mesure de courant, ce qui est mieux appropri&eacute; aux applications de gestion de la puissance utilisant des DrMOS avec possibilit&eacute; de mesure du courant interne.\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires, pour chaque phase, incluent la gestion de l&rsquo;intensit&eacute;, le r&eacute;glage de la limite du courant, un d&eacute;marrage progressif ou un suivi de tension programmable, et un signal de r&eacute;gulation &eacute;tablie. De plus, la pr&eacute;cision de la r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension est maintenue &agrave; &plusmn;0,75% sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de fonctionnement de -20 &deg;C &agrave; +85 &deg;C.<br \/>\nCe contr&ocirc;leur est encapsul&eacute; dans un bo&icirc;tier QFN 58 broches de seulement 5 x 5 mm.
