Ils garantissent des performances particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les environnements les plus exigeants en tirant parti du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 technologique Silicium sur Isolant propri\u00e9taire qui fournit une protection robuste contre les SEL (Single Event Latch-up) dans les environnements d&rsquo;ions lourds.<\/p>\n<p>Leur excellente qualit\u00e9 de protection contre les ESD jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5 kV HBM (mod\u00e8le corps humain) \u00e9vite de faire appel \u00e0 de co\u00fbteuses diodes de protection externes sur les broches d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e. En outre, ces deux composants pr\u00e9sentent un faible Ron de 120 Ohms et des retards de propagation de moins de 100 ns, ce qui accro\u00eet la performance globale et la pr\u00e9cision des signaux de mesure trait\u00e9s et multiplex\u00e9s en entr\u00e9e au sein d\u2019un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique (CAN).<\/p>\n<p>Pour maintenir le traitement continu de centaines de points de test de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie, ces circuits disposent une protection contre les surtensions pour chaque commutateur. Si un canal d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est soumis \u00e0 une surtension, les autres canaux continuent d&rsquo;envoyer leurs donn\u00e9es au convertisseur CAN. &nbsp;De plus, ils sont dot\u00e9s d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 redondante de type \u00abcold spare\u00bb, autorisant la connexion de 2 \u00e0 3 multiplexeurs suppl\u00e9mentaires non-aliment\u00e9s sur un bus de donn\u00e9es commun.
