D&rsquo;autres innovations y seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es comme un convertisseur analogique-digital (ADC) 10 bits offrant une r\u00e9solution verticale plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour les signaux captur\u00e9s dans une bande passante ultra large, et plusieurs voies d\u2019entr\u00e9e de bande passante maximale par appareil afin d\u2019assurer une synchronisation pr\u00e9cise des voies. Ces r\u00e9sultats sont obtenus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019expertise unique de cette entreprise dans la conception de semi-conducteurs micro-ondes, dans l&rsquo;architecture des oscilloscopes et dans la technologie de fabrication interne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Keysight continue d\u2019innover dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production \u00e0 base de phosphure d\u2019indium en vue d\u2019atteindre des performances de pointe et de satisfaire ainsi les besoins de ses clients en mati\u00e8re de mesure,\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clare Jay Alexander, vice-pr\u00e9sident directeur et directeur de la technologie de Keysight Technologies. \u00ab\u00a0Notre expertise dans le d\u00e9veloppement de semi-conducteurs micro-ondes, nous a permis de mettre au point la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de puces bas\u00e9e sur le phosphure d\u2019indium. Un tel proc\u00e9d\u00e9 nous permet d\u2019accro\u00eetre de fa\u00e7on in\u00e9dite les performances des oscilloscopes en temps r\u00e9el. Les autres produits Keysight pourront \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette avanc\u00e9e qui apportera, \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr, d\u2019autres am\u00e9liorations significatives.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les ing\u00e9nieurs de conception recourant \u00e0 des interfaces haute vitesse de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration comme le prochain IEEE P802.3bs 400G, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la modulation optique coh\u00e9rente de l\u2019ordre du t\u00e9rabit, auront besoin d\u2019oscilloscopes pour les mesures param\u00e9triques \u00e9lectriques. Ces technologies joueront un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la validation des conceptions sans fil de cinqui\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (5G). Et ces interfaces ne feront que conforter le besoin en capacit\u00e9s d\u2019analyse de signaux haute performance en temps r\u00e9el de 100 GHz et plus.<br \/>\nLes d\u00e9bits n\u2019ayant de cesse de s\u2019\u00e9tendre au-del\u00e0 de la signalisation multi-niveaux 56 Gb\/s NRZ et 56 GBaud, ces ing\u00e9nieurs auront besoin non seulement d\u2019une bande passante plus large, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019une r\u00e9solution verticale plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de planchers de bruits plus faibles afin de pouvoir relever leurs d\u00e9fis de validation, et c\u2019est dans cette optique que ces nouvelles puces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait 6 ans que cette entreprise a lanc\u00e9 son premier oscilloscope pourvu de puces int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 propri\u00e9taire de production de semi-conducteurs \u00e0 base d\u2019InP et, aujourd\u2019hui encore, elle reste la seule \u00e0 fabriquer des oscilloscopes incluant des puces InP. L\u2019investissement dans ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production \u00e0 base d\u2019InP lui aura permis de d\u00e9finir des fr\u00e9quences de commutation franchissant la barre des 300 GHz pour les transistors, ce qui conduit \u00e0 l\u2019obtention de bandes passantes plus larges tant pour les puces que pour les produits finis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Keysight investit dans une cha\u00eene de production technologique totalement nouvelle en vue de r\u00e9pondre aux futurs besoins de ses clients en mati\u00e8re de mesure,\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9cise Dave Cipriani, vice-pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la division oscilloscope de Keysight. \u00ab\u00a0Notre objectif consiste \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer plusieurs param\u00e8tres de performance de fa\u00e7on simultan\u00e9e. Les oscilloscopes de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration offrent des bandes passantes allant de 80 GHz \u00e0 100 GHz. Leur densit\u00e9 de bruit sera plus faible, ce qui permettra d\u2019obtenir des mesures de r\u00e9solution plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans des syst\u00e8mes multivoies requ\u00e9rant une synchronisation pr\u00e9cise. Ces oscilloscopes de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sauront satisfaire les besoins des clients souhaitant mesurer des d\u00e9bits en bauds plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, des signaux MAQ de rang sup\u00e9rieur
