Cette technologie \u00e9limine les \u00e9tages de conversion interm\u00e9diaires en vue de minimiser les pertes de puissance li\u00e9es \u00e0 la distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans les centres informatiques, tout en r\u00e9duisant l&rsquo;espace occup\u00e9, les exigences de refroidissement et les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Ces trois circuits sont enti\u00e8rement conformes aux sp\u00e9cifications de r\u00e9gulation de tension VR12.5 d&rsquo;Intel (Haswell et Broadwell), VR13 (Skylake) et DDR3\/4, et compatibles avec les FPGA et les ASIC pour datacenters. &nbsp;Associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la famille de MOSFET de puissance basse tension StripFET de la gamme, ils assurent un fonctionnement robuste et hautement efficace sous des tensions d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e comprises entre 36 V et 72&nbsp;V et dans une plage de tension de sortie comprise entre 0,5 V et 12&nbsp;V. Ces sp\u00e9cifications confirment le rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique optimum sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 97&nbsp;% sous 12&nbsp;V\/500&nbsp;W avec une bande passante syst\u00e8me \u00e9lev\u00e9e et un encombrement minimum sur la carte \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cette architecture 48&nbsp;V convient parfaitement aux datacenters \u00e0 ultra-haut rendement car elle permet de r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative le co\u00fbt total de possession,\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Matteo LoPresti, Group Vice-president et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 Produits analogiques&nbsp;de STMicroelectronics. \u00ab\u00a0ST a d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9 la phase de production en volume et ces convertisseurs de puissance \u00e0 r\u00e9sonance isol\u00e9s sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 au service de cette application de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. C&rsquo;est la preuve que cette solution assure un rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de pointe, doubl\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;une flexibilit\u00e9 exceptionnelles.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le STRG02 est un contr\u00f4leur \u00ab\u00a0c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire\u00a0\u00bb qui comporte une fonction de contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9dictif avec fonctions de commutation en tension nulle et en courant nul, tout en permettant de dissiper de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sur le front descendant de la mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle par adaptation de tension (AVS).<\/p>\n<p>Le STRG04 est un circuit d&rsquo;attaque en pont complet 60&nbsp;V qui fournit une fonction de commande \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de commutateurs externes de type MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) ou en nitrure de gallium (GaN) \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Il prend en charge une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e afin de simplifier sensiblement la cha\u00eene de distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, notamment en autorisant la connexion directe de la batterie de secours, ce qui augmente la disponibilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Le STRG06 est un contr\u00f4leur de puissance num\u00e9rique \u00e9volutif qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;architecture de serveurs pour datacenters aliment\u00e9e sous 48&nbsp;V de g\u00e9rer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 six convertisseurs en parall\u00e8le, prenant ainsi en charge une puissance de sortie comprise entre 50 W et plus de 300&nbsp;W.
