De m\u00eame, le redresseur ultra-rapide est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour sa vitesse de commutation avec un temps de recouvrement inverse tr\u00e8s faible (TRR), une tension de blocage \u00e9lev\u00e9e allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1200 V, des pertes r\u00e9duites et une faible chute de tension directe, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 une perte de puissance minimis\u00e9e et une efficacit\u00e9 accrue pendant le fonctionnement du convertisseur. Leur capacit\u00e9 de jonction en temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et le faible courant de fuite garantissent une plus grande fiabilit\u00e9 dans des environnements rudes, \u00e0 hautes temp\u00e9ratures, ou dans des applications avec un refroidissement disponible minimal.<\/p>\n<p>Les diodes de redressement Schottky sont utilis\u00e9es typiquement dans des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation sans interruption, des alimentations \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage haute fr\u00e9quence et des convertisseurs CC-CC, ainsi que comme diodes \u00ab\u00a0roue libre\u00a0\u00bb et diodes de protection de polarit\u00e9. En plus de ces applications, le redresseur ultra-rapide peut \u00e9galement servir de diodes antiparall\u00e8les (mont\u00e9es t\u00eate-b\u00eache) pour des commutateurs \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence tels que les IGBT. Les redresseurs ultra rapides utilisent les m\u00eames types de bo\u00eetiers plus des ITO-220AC et TO-247AC.
