Ces param\u00e8tres d\u00e9crivent les caract\u00e9ristiques lin\u00e9aires et non lin\u00e9aires dans un format de type tableur parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux simulations. La biblioth\u00e8que Sys-Parameter d\u2019Analog Devices compte pr\u00e8s de 100 amplificateurs RF, depuis les blocs de gain jusqu\u2019aux amplis de puissance couvrant les fr\u00e9quences du continu \u00e0 86&nbsp;GHz. Ces composants sont destin\u00e9s aux applications de communications sans fil, tests et mesures, ou radar.
