Ce dernier est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une broche Source plus large et plus courte que les bo\u00eetiers D2PAK (TO-263) conventionnels, et son empreinte plus petite contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la taille des cartes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce circuit convient \u00e0 de nombreuses applications automobiles haute- puissance comme les convertisseurs DC-DC, les directions \u00e0 assistance \u00e9lectrique EPS ou les commutateurs de charge.
