Il est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister aux surtensions de \u00b1300 V ou plus rencontr\u00e9es lors de pics induits d\u2019\u00e9clairage, de commutation de charges ou une alimentation en court-circuit, pour une solution \u00e0 circuit OU \u00e0 diodes la plus robuste possible. Son alimentation shunt&nbsp;r\u00e9gul\u00e9e int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, de faible courant de repos de 350 \u00b5A et broches de drain de forte imp\u00e9dance, autorise des r\u00e9sistances externes de fortes valeurs pour ajuster la limite de courant de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lors de la survenue de fortes surtensions. Ainsi, il n\u2019est plus besoin des suppresseurs de surtension externes, ce qui \u00e9conomise sur le co\u00fbt et la surface de carte.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de minimiser la dissipation de puissance dans les applications de forte intensit\u00e9, ce circuit poss\u00e8de une faible chute de tension directe de 15 mV dans les MOSFET diodes id\u00e9ales. La technique d\u2019asservissement lin\u00e9aire bloque le courant continu inverse tout en assurant un transfert du courant sans coupure pendant la commutation de l\u2019alimentation. Lors d\u2019un court-circuit en entr\u00e9e de l\u2019alimentation, le courant inverse est r\u00e9duit par un fort courant de driver de grille de 2 A. Un courant de grille de 5 mA&nbsp;assure une commutation rapide \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant du MOSFET, autorisant des applications de redressement alternatif (AC). Les fortes intensit\u00e9s de grille permettent de nombreux contr\u00f4les quand plusieurs MOSFET sont mont\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le dans les applications de fortes intensit\u00e9s de 50 A et 100 A.<\/p>\n<p>La gamme de la tension de fonctionnement s\u2019\u00e9tend jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des centaines de volts en raison du r\u00e9gulateur shunt&nbsp;interne, tandis qu\u2019une alimentation de 4,5 V min. convient aux applications \u00e0 fonction OU basse tension de -5 V et -12 V. La d\u00e9faillance d\u2019un MOSFET en circuit ouvert ou d\u2019un fusible en s\u00e9rie est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e et signal\u00e9e par une sortie d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019erreur.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en bo\u00eetiers plastiques de 10 broches MSOP et DFN de 3 x 3 mm, ce contr\u00f4leur est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 sur les gammes de temp\u00e9ratures commerciales
