De plus, il pr\u00e9sente une pr\u00e9cision de la tension de sortie de \u00b10,8%. La fr\u00e9quence de commutation est programmable par l\u2019utilisateur de 300 kHz \u00e0 3 MHz, autorisant l&#8217;emploi de condensateurs et inductances de petite taille et de faible co\u00fbt. Avec un petit bo\u00eetier QFN ou TSSOP \u00e0 28 broches, il pr\u00e9sente ainsi une empreinte tr\u00e8s compacte.<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant int\u00e8gre des transistors commutateurs \u00e0 r\u00e9sistances R<sub>DS(0N) <\/sub>de seulement 110 mohms et 50 mohms pour atteindre des rendements aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9s que 92%. Le fonctionnement en Burst Mode assure un fort rendement aux faibles charges, requ\u00e9rant un courant de repos de seulement 440 \u00b5A. Pour les applications sensibles au bruit, le r\u00e9gulateur peut \u00eatre configur\u00e9 pour fonctionner en mode continu forc\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentant une tr\u00e8s faible ondulation en sortie.
