Les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux r\u00e9ductions d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle DRAM ont pu \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la lithographie par immersion liquide au fluorure d&rsquo;argon (ArF), sans l\u2019utilisation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement \u00e0 rayonnement ultraviolet extr\u00eame (UVE).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La DRAM 10 nm de Samsung va optimiser l&rsquo;investissement en syst\u00e8mes informatiques pour devenir un nouveau moteur de croissance pour l&rsquo;industrie mondiale des m\u00e9moires,\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Young-Hyun Jun, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 M\u00e9moires chez Samsung Electronics. \u00ab\u00a0Dans un proche avenir, nous lancerons \u00e9galement des produits DRAM mobile de classe 10 nm de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de hautes capacit\u00e9s. Les fabricants d&rsquo;appareils mobiles pourront ainsi mettre au point des produits encore plus innovants am\u00e9liorant le c\u00f4t\u00e9 pratique de l\u2019utilisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9moire DDR4 8 Gb de classe 10 nm a consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la productivit\u00e9 par wafer, avec plus de 30 % par rapport \u00e0 la version pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente en 20 nm. Elle atteint un d\u00e9bit de transfert de donn\u00e9es de 3200 m\u00e9gabits par seconde (Mbit\/s), rapidit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 % par rapport aux 2400 Mbit\/s de la 20 nm. De plus, les modules bas\u00e9s sur ces puces DRAM de classe 10 nm consomment 10 \u00e0 20 % moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie que leurs \u00e9quivalents en 20 nm. La conception des syst\u00e8mes de calcul haute performance (CHP) de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, et d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9seaux de grandes entreprises, est donc plus efficace et ces modules pourront aussi \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur les march\u00e9s des PC et des serveurs grand public.
