S\u2019appuyant sur le gate driver isol\u00e9 HADES2 &nbsp;qui incorpore plusieurs ann\u00e9es de d\u00e9veloppement dans le contr\u00f4le de transistors SiC, il combine des technologies avanc\u00e9es d\u2019encapsulation autorisant un fonctionnement fiable des modules de puissance dans des environnements extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>La topologie de la partie haute puissance est un onduleur triphas\u00e9 avec chacun des 6 interrupteurs int\u00e9grant un transistor MOSFET SiC 100 A et une diode roue libre de type Schottky. Ces dispositifs ont une tension de blocage de 1200 V, ce qui offre suffisamment de marge pour supporter les surtensions sur un bus a\u00e9ronautique 540 VDC, et peut facilement \u00eatre \u00e9tendu vers des dispositifs SiC 1700 V\/150 A.<\/p>\n<p>Une attention sp\u00e9ciale a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e aux aspects thermiques lors de la conception du module. Tout d\u2019abord, tous les mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour permettre un fonctionnement fiable \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de jonction \u00e9lev\u00e9es, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200 \u00b0C en continu avec des pointes \u00e0 225 \u00b0C, afin de r\u00e9duire les besoins en refroidissement. Cette s\u00e9lection de mat\u00e9riaux rend \u00e9galement possible des temp\u00e9ratures de semelle \u00e9lev\u00e9es, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 150 \u00b0C. Enfin, ce module est bas\u00e9 sur des mat\u00e9riaux haute performance tel que des semelles en AlSiC, des substrats en AlN ou du frittage \u00e0 l\u2019argent, afin d\u2019offrir un appariement des coefficients de dilatation thermique presque id\u00e9al avec le SiC et une robustesse aux cycles thermiques passifs.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Le co-design du gate driver avec le module de puissance dans un module intelligent a permis \u00e0 Cissoid d\u2019optimiser le circuit de gate driver en prenant en compte les inductances parasites et, si n\u00e9cessaire, en les minimisant, ce qui permet de commuter les transistors SiC plus vite et de r\u00e9duire ainsi les pertes de commutation.<br \/>\nUn module de puissance intelligent offre une solution cl\u00e9 en main aux concepteurs en \u00e9lectronique de puissance qui \u00e9conomisent du temps pour la conception de la carte gate driver, particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licate pour le pilotage de transistors SiC. Ils peuvent ainsi se consacrer \u00e0 la conception de convertisseurs de puissance haute densit\u00e9 en tirant tous les avantages du SiC.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Ce f\u00fbt un r\u00e9el plaisir de travailler avec CISSOID dans le cadre de ce programme Clean Sky.
