Etant donn\u00e9 que les fonctions de commande et de pilotage ont des tensions op\u00e9rationnelles diff\u00e9rentes, elles doivent \u00eatre isol\u00e9es l&rsquo;une de l&rsquo;autre au moyen d&rsquo;un dispositif \u00e0 couplage optique. Compact, souple et performant, ce circuit pr\u00e9-driver de grille d&rsquo;IGBT est capable de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique tout en offrant les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de protection n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le circuit int\u00e8gre un photo-coupleur qui s\u00e9curise l&rsquo;isolement de niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 entre la commande (c\u00f4t\u00e9 primaire) et le pilotage (c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire). Il dispose \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une fonction de d\u00e9tection de temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;IGBT tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise, d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4leur de transformateur flyback (retour rapide) et d&rsquo;une fonction de d\u00e9tection de court-circuit (d\u00e9tection de courant et supervision DESAT 2), qui contribuent tous \u00e0 la miniaturisation du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;isolement \u00e9lectrique et la tension d&rsquo;isolement \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 2500 VAC<sub>eff<\/sub> &nbsp;pendant une minute sont obtenus gr\u00e2ce au photo-coupleur interne assurant la transmission entre le primaire et le secondaire. L&rsquo;isolement total ainsi obtenu garantit une tol\u00e9rance \u00e9lev\u00e9e au bruit exog\u00e8ne comme celui provoqu\u00e9 par susceptibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>Ce composant dispose d&rsquo;une source de courant constant destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la diode de d\u00e9tection de temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;IGBT, et d&rsquo;un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique. Il mesure la tension \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la diode de d\u00e9tection de temp\u00e9rature avec une grande pr\u00e9cision afin de conna\u00eetre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la temp\u00e9rature. Les performances peuvent \u00eatre optimis\u00e9es en supervisant la temp\u00e9rature op\u00e9rationnelle de l&rsquo;IGBT, ce qui permet \u00e0 la fois de miniaturiser l&rsquo;IGBT et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la consommation des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ou hybrides.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Un circuit de commande de transformateur flyback c\u00f4t\u00e9 primaire alimente le c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire tout en maintenant l&rsquo;isolement. Une fonction de d\u00e9marrage progressif est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente pour assurer un d\u00e9marrage en douceur \u00e0 la mise sous tension, en \u00e9vitant toute surcharge de courant.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation, la sortie, le courant et la tension d&rsquo;IGBT sont tous supervis\u00e9s. L&rsquo;information relative \u00e0 toute anomalie d\u00e9tect\u00e9e est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au contr\u00f4leur principal par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;une interface SPI.
